Holding is a company listed on the Swiss stock exchange SWX Swiss Exchange.
The share capital is divided into 3,500,000 bearer shares with a par value
of CHF 1 each.
According
to stock exchange law (Börsengesetz BEHG), Art. 20, „Reporting requirements“,
the following shareholders are known: Siemens pension fund, Switzerland
(>10%); Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Schweiz) AG (>5%); Zürcher
Kantonalbank (>5%); Swissfirst AG (>5%). The members of the board of directors
and staff of OZ own more than 10% of the company through shares and options.

Holding holds 100% of the capital and of the votes of OZ Bankers AG.
