Day Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2007 Financial Results
Company announces record profitability and revenue growth
Basel, Switzerland - February 20, 2008
Day Software Holding AG (SWX: DAYN, OTC:DYIHY), a leading provider of global content management and content infrastructure software, today announced financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007.
Financial Summary 2007
- Annual revenue increased 28% 
- Software license revenue increased 28%

Total revenue for the fiscal year 2007 was CHF 26.44 million, compared with revenues of CHF 20.61 million for the previous year, an increase of 28%. License revenues for the fiscal year 2007 totaled CHF 10.53 million, versus license revenues for the previous year of CHF 8.24 million. Product Support and Services revenue for the fiscal year 2007 was CHF 15.92 million, compared to CHF 12.37 million the prior year. Pre-tax income for the fiscal year 2007 was CHF 2.94 million compared to pre-tax income of CHF 1.9 million for the prior year, an increase of 55%. Net income increased to CHF 7.0 million, including the benefit from deferred tax assets. The diluted earnings per share (EPS) was CHF 4.60 for the current fiscal year, compared to 1.31 for the previous year.

Enterprise Customers 
In 2007, the company added several new customers in all regions, representing various key verticals. The Media and Entertainment sector continued to be an important market for Day with Belo Corp., Nielsen and NBC Universal joining as new customers. Belo Corp. is the leading news and information, with more than 30 million people a week watching Belo's television stations, reading its newspapers, or visiting its Web sites. Nielsen is the leading global provider of marketing research information services. Nielsen's clients include virtually all the world's leading manufacturers and retailers of consumer packaged goods, as well as companies that market other consumer products and services. NBC Universal is one of the world's leading companies in the development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information to a global audience. 

Day Reports Financial Results for Third Quarter for Fiscal Year 2007
Company Increases Profitability on Strong Revenues
Basel, Switzerland - November 13, 2007 - Day Software (SWX: DAYN, OTCQX:DYIHY), a leading provider of global content management and content infrastructure software, today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2007. 
Highlights
Total revenue increased 40% to CHF 6.3 million as compared to the third quarter of 2006. 
Gross profit increased 34% to CHF 4.6 million as compared to the third quarter of 2006. 
Net income for the third quarter of 2007 was TCHF 719, up from TCHF 115 in the third quarter of 2006. 
Total revenue for the first nine months of 2007 was CHF 18.3 million, compared to CHF 14 million in the first nine months of 2006. 
Net income for the first nine months 2007 was CHF 5.5 million. 
Launched new, standalone Digital Asset Management application. 
New major customers added in the third quarter of 2007 include Pearson Publishing, Pennwell Publishing and Sigma-Aldrich.
For the third quarter of 2007, Day reported a 40% growth in total revenue over the same period in 2006. Revenues for the third quarter totaled CHF 6.3 million, compared with revenues of CHF 4.5 million for the third quarter of 2006. The company increased its gross profit to CHF 4.6 million compared to CHF 3.4 million for the same period in the previous year. Net income grew to TCHF 719, up from TCHF 115 in the third quarter of 2006, which is an increase of 525%. 
Total revenues for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007 increased by 31% over last year, totaling CHF 18.3 million, compared to CHF 14.0 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2006. License revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2007 were CHF 6.7 million, compared to CHF 5.1 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2006. Pre-tax income for the nine months ended September 30, 2007 was CHF 2.2 million, compared to a pre-tax income of TCHF 859 for the nine months ended September 30, 2006. Net income for the first nine months 2007 was CHF 5.5 million, compared to TCHF 850 for the same period in the prior year. The net income of the first nine months of 2007 includes a tax benefit of CHF 3.3 million.
 

Day Software Delivers Standardized Connectivity for IBM Lotus Domino
Standards Leader Ships JSR 170 Interoperability for Legacy Repository
Basel, Switzerland and Newport Beach, California - March 19, 2007 - Day Software (SWX: DAYN, OTC:DYIHY), a leading provider of global content management and content infrastructure software, today announced that the company is continuing to deliver standardized connectors for leading repositories. The repository connectors are fully compliant with the Content Repository for Java Technology API standard (JSR 170). The latest of these groundbreaking interfaces is for IBM Lotus Domino v6.5 & v7.0, creating greater interoperability and openness for the legacy repositories. 
The IBM Lotus Domino connector is part of Day's Content Integration family of products that enable enterprises to access and manage all organizational content through a standardized API. This technology allows the implementation of content access, synchronization and consolidation, leveraging future-proof standardization, even if the content resides in data stores that do not provide a JCR compliant API.
