The A&A Group has originally been founded in 1998. At the beginning of 2002, the SMS Group acquired A&A's operational entities. The Group is structured as a partnership and the majority of shares is held by its partners. All partners hold operational functions and have an extensive professional background in the financial industry. They are ably supported by an experienced investment and administrative staff. A&A Group’s major subsidiaries include a fully licensed Swiss and German bank, both by the name of A&A Actienbank with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland and Frankfurt, Germany.
