14/06/05 Telefonica Moviles to pay dividend of 0.193 Euro per share tomorrow 
Telefónica Móviles will pay a total dividend of 836 million euros, an amount representing 51% of the company´s 2004 net income
Madrid, 14 June 2005.- Telefónica Móviles, S.A. will pay a dividend of 836 million euros tomorrow (June 15) to be charged against 2004 results,  as proposed by the Board of Directors and approved at the company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting last May 6. 
The fixed gross amount of the dividend is  0.193 euros per share and represents an increase of 5% over the one paid last year

THE COMPANY WILL PAY OUT A DIVIDEND PERSHARE OF 0.30 EUROS, WHICH IS A 20% INCREASE ON

• The revenue of the TPI Group grew 6.6% in 2004 (7.4% in constant euros) up to608.41 million euros, exceeding the forecasts announced by the Group at thebeginning of 2004 (+3/+5)
• The EBITDA grew 17.0%, (17.6% in constant euros), to reach 210.12 millioneuros, and it also exceeded the advanced forecast on the market (+9/+11 %),with an improvement in the EBITDA margin of 3.1 percentage points against 2003
• The net profit of the TPI Group came to 111.86 million euros, with an increase of24.2%
• The proposal to distribute a dividend would be 0.30 euros per share, whichamounts to a 20% increase against 2003. The pay-out came to 97% of the netprofit of the TPI Group and 99% of the net profit of TPI S.A. The profitability
per dividend is about 4.17%.1
• The Board of Directors will put a proposal to the General Meeting ofShareholders to amortize all the own shares equivalent to 1.96% of the stockcapital (7.2 million shares), associated with the Option Scheme that matured in
financial year 2003
• The advertising revenue grew by 3.5% (4.3% at constant exchange rates) up to520.36 million euros
• The revenue from the Internet business increased by 18.2% (19.0% in constanteuros) to reach 36.82 million euros.
