Ayco Grupo Inmobiliario
SA (Ayco) is a Spain-based company principally engaged in the real estate
sector. The Company specializes in the acquisition, purchase, promotion,
management, lease and sale of tourist and residential properties, as well
as in the construction and exploitation of urban development projects.
Ayco operates in four geographical areas: Center, Baleares Islands, Andalucia
and Levante. Its portfolio includes such finish projects as Edificio Redoletos,
Jazmines, and Residencial SA Torre, as well as a group of 12 new projects,
mostly in their commercialization phase. As of December 31, 2009, the Company
owned such subsidiaries as Royalquivir SA, Cofeba-AC J Mat/H-Cupido, Altos
del Brijan SA, Promociones Can Batliu SL, Royaltur Espana, Residencia Senior
Can Picafort, El Encinar del Guadario and Alojamientos Residenciales, three
of which are being liquidated. In addition, Ayco is a 41.7%-owned affiliate
of Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Las Baleares.
