The Group's principal
activities are the manufacturing of personal, home and industrial hygiene
products and operations and distribution of food products. The Group operates
in 3 main divisions such as food distribution, food production and products
manufacturing. Food distribution includes supermarkets and cash and carry
outlets, Food production includes margarine, olive oil, ice tea, bakery
frozen food, mineral water, table water and confectionery and product manufacturing
includes home cleaning products, deodorants and bath products. The Group
also operates in the market of real estate, hotel trade, tourism and shopping
centre. The Group operates mainly in Portugal and Poland.
