Participacoes e Gestao SA (Inapa) is a Portugal-based holding company engaged
in the distribution and sales of commercial, printing and office paper,
as well as paper packaging materials. It supplies paper to printers, publishing
houses, offices and corporate entities. Inapa operates in Germany, France,
Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Angola and Luxembourg.
During the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2009, the Company's subsidiaries
included Gestinapa - SGPS, SA, Inapa Distribuicion Iberica, SA, Logistipack
