and hydraulic installations. In the Concessions area, the Company owns
Soares da Costa Concessoes SGPS SA, which is a holding company engaged
in business portfolio management. In the Real Estate field, Soares da Costa
controls Soares da Costa Imobiliaria SGPS SA, which is engaged in the real
estate sector. It operates in Portugal, Angola and the United States, among
