Group's principal activities are exploration, development and production
and sale of crude oil and gas and refining, transportation and sale of
petroleum products. These activities are primarily located within Russia.
In 2005 Company's oil production amounted to 74.56 million tons and gas
production to 13.08 billion cubic meter. In 2006, the Group changed the
presentation for fesults of operation for ioil and gas producing activities.
