Activa Resources AG is a Germany-based company that is engaged in the discovery, acquisition, development and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties in the United States of America. The Company focuses on producing petroleum and natural gas products and doesn't participate in refining or transportation. It is engaged in a variety of onshore oil and gas projects in the states of Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas in the United States. On April 13, 2007, the Company acquired 100% of shares in New Tuleta Energy Partners LLC. As a result of the merger of the acquired company New Tuleta Energy Partners LLC with the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Activa Resources Ltd, a new subsidiary, Activa Resources LLC, was established. On April 28, 2008, the Company began the development of oil resources in Germany through RP Rhein Petroleum GmbH, a joint venture of Activa Resources AG, Deutsche Rohstoff AG and Herzford International Ltd.
