entities.
T2 Investment SA has two wholly owned subsidiaries, including T2
Szamotuly
Sp. z o.o., which manages a real estate, based in Szamotuly and T2
Inkubator
Sp. z o.o., which runs projects in the Company's head office in Poznan.
As of December, 2009, the Company owned 55.13% stake in the capital of
Terra Promesa Sp. z o.o., 20.22% stake of PB Aniola S.A. and 50% stake
in LMB Capital S.A.
