ABM
Solid SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the design and development
of non-residential and residential buildings. It specializes in the industrial
turn-key development projects, including production and warehouse facilities,
sports halls and office buildings. In addition, the Company’s competence
lies in the management of various engineering projects, such as construction
of municipal waste treatment plants, power plants, sewage treatment facilities
and sewage systems. It also provides steel and concrete elements, as well
as installations and devices for power and heat generating plants. ABM
Solid SA operates through three business segments: construction services,
concrete and semi-finished concrete; steel and aluminum and constructions,
and waste management. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had seven subsidiaries:
