in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. Ambra SA has a number
of subsidiaries, such as Centrum Wina sp. z o.o., engaged in the import
and distribution of wines; PH Vinex Slaviantsi Poland sp. z o.o., engaged
in the distribution of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks; Soare Sekt
a.s., engaged in the production and distribution of wine in the Czech Republic
and also in Slovakia via its subsidiaries; Karom Drinks Srl, based in Romania
and specialized in the production and distribution of sparkling wines,
and others. The Company is a subsidiary of Sektkellerei Schloss Wachenheim
AG (SSW).
