The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, 2-Track U.S.A., Inc. and 2-Track Limited . 2-Track Limited focuses on technologies for the tracking, monitoring and security of remote assets from any point in the world, whether static or mobile. On February 17, 2009, the Company filed to liquidate 2-Track Limited and moved the business operations of 2-Track Limited over to 2-Track USA, Inc. 2-Track USA will carry on the existing business of the Company.
