Predecessor corporations date back as far as 1931. As of March 1, 2000, Pameco operated 311 branches in 46 states and Guam. The Company serves markets in 95 of the top 100 standard metropolitan statistical areas (SMSA) in the country. 
The Company's products include a complete range of central air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, parts, and supplies for the light commercial and residential market.  For the commercial market the Company distributes condensing units, compressors, evaporators, valves, walk-in coolers and ice machines.
