Oregon Trail Financial Corp. became the holding company for Pioneer Bank, A Federal Savings Bank (the Bank), upon the Bank's conversion from a federal mutual to a federal stock savings bank (the Conversion). The Conversion was completed on October 3, 1997. The Bank is a community oriented financial institution whose principal business is attracting retail deposits from the general public and using these funds to originate one- to four-family residential mortgage loans and consumer loans within its primary market area.
