services. The Company operates in exclusive franchise areas that cover
approximately 25% of Israel's households. Matav is one of Israel's three
cable television providers, serving roughly 25% of the market. Matav's
investments include 15% of Partner Communications Ltd., a global standard
for mobile (GSM) telephone company, and 10% of Barak Ltd., one of the three
providers of international long distance telephony calls.
