In November 2009, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation completed the acquisition of Insight Investment Management Limited from the Company. In February 2010, Computershare Limited acquired HBOS Employee Equity Solutions (HBOS EES) from the Company. In February, 2010, the Company announced the sale of its 70% stake in esure, the online insurer, to a management buyout vehicle to be called esure Group Holdings Ltd.
