The Group's principal activities are supplying computer software and offering consultancy services. It provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and offers Microsoft centric business solutions to small and medium sized enterprises. It operates two business units, namely the Manufacturing Software and Retail Software businesses. Its manufacturing product line includes SYSPRO ERP, SMARTVISION, JobBOSS, Microsoft CRM, Micross Omnis, Omicron Sigma and Omicron Sigma Payroll and Personnel. Its retail solutions include point-of-sale interface, protection of cardholder indentity, customer ordering, back office modules, home office package, customer loyalty, merchandising, pricing and promotion, retail ERP, business intelligence and workflow engine. The Group is based in Colne, the United Kingdom. In February 2007, the Group sold its Elucid Business Unit.
