devices and sub-systems division includes electron devices and sub-systems
for applications, including defense electronic countermeasures, radiotherapy
cancer treatment and radar systems. The imaging devices division includes
advanced charge-coupled device and complementary metal-oxide semiconductor
imaging sensors and cameras for applications, including industrial process
control and dental x-ray systems. The specialist semiconductors division
includes logic, memory and microprocessors for mission-critical programs
in avionics, defense and telecommunications. The sensor division includes
a range of professional sensing products for applications, including fire,
rescue and security thermal imaging, x-ray spectroscopy, and military surveillance,
targeting and guidance. On October 10, 2008, the Company acquired QP Semiconductor
Inc.
