services outsourcing. On January 29, 2010, it acquired Multibuild Hotels
and Leisure Ltd and Multibuild Interiors Ltd. In April 2010, the Company
sold its entire 50% interest in Aberdeen Environmental Services (Holdings)
Ltd. to Kelda Non-Reg Holdco Ltd., and a 23.9% interest in Consort Healthcare
(ERI) Holdings Ltd, to ERI Holdings Ltd.
