and Systems, along with the Real Estate activities, managed through Pirelli
& C. Real Estate, company controlled by Pirelli & C. with a 61.1%
stake and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since June 2002 (ticker
PCRE.MI).

the 50.4% of Olimpia, the company which holds a 17% of Telecom Italia ordinary
shares

revenues of Euro 6,7 billion and operating profit of Euro 118 million
