Incap Oyj is a Finland-based company, engaged in the design and manufacture of electronic, mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries: Incap Electronics Estonia OU (Kuressaare, Estonia), Incap Contract Manufacturing Services Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore, India) and Euro-ketju Oy. Another subsidiary, Ultraprint Oy, was sold in July 2008. Incap Oyj has offices in Helsinki, Kempele, Vaasa and Voukatti in Finland, Tallinn and Kuressaare in Estonia, as well as in Bangalore and Tumkur in India. The Company’s main customers in Europe include ABB, RAY (Finland’s Slot Machine Association) and Rapiscan, as well as TATA Group’s Taco Sasken in India.
