Index
The
FTSEurofirst 100 index offers a realistic benchmark for investment professionals
seeking to profit from the inclusion of Europe's largest and most liquid
market, the UK.
It
allows market participants to benchmark and trade blue chip Eurozone and
UK equities in an index format.
The
index comprises the 60 largest companies by market capitalisation in the
FTSE Developed Europe Index and 40 additional companies selected for their
size and sector representation.
