technology services. It divides its business activities into three main
segments. SAP Solutions segment operates through All for One Midmarket
AG and offers Information Technology (IT) solutions including management
and consultation, software license, industry solutions, introduction and
optimization projects, software maintenance, outsourcing and managed service
various business processes, among others, with focus on Human Resources
(HR) solutions. Business and Infrastructure Solutions division provides,
through BRAIN FORCE Holding AG, business support solutions for enhancement
of management and IT infrastructure efficiency. The segment Industrial
Solutions & Services focuses on SAP and PLM, offering solutions for
the engineering, automation, IT, technology and industry plants planning.
As of September 30, 2010 the Company operated two wholly owned and three
majority owned subsidiaries.

heute die Ergebnisse der ersten sechs Monate (1. Oktober 2011 bis 31.
März 2012) des Geschäftsjahres 2011/2012. Umsatz steigt um 3,5% auf

BEKO HOLDING AG, eine in München im m:access börsennotierte Holding-Gesellschaft,
gibt heute die Ergebnisse für den Zeitraum vom 1. Oktober 2010 bis
30. September 2011 bekannt. Umsatz: +11% auf 55,1 Mio EUR (im Vorjahr 49,6
Mio EUR); EBIT: +1,1 Mio EUR (im Vorjahr -11,0 Mio EUR); Eigenkapitalquote
steigt auf 57% (Ende Sept 2010 49%).
