The
Group's principal activities are designing, developing, manufacturing and
marketing data communication, voice communication and multimedia products
on ODM/ OEM basis. The Group's main growth products in 2005 are the ADSL2/2+
modems, HomePlugs and DECT phones. Other products include IP Phones and
VDSL/VDSL2 Ethernet Bridge modems. The contract manufacturing segment carries
out electronic design and contract manufacturing for PCBA and box build
assemblies, plastic tooling and plastic injection. The Group also distributes
and sells consumer electronic products and computer peripherals. The Group
operates in Singapore, the United States of America, Germany, Europe, Malaysia,
Hong Kong and China.
