Group's principal activity is the production of seafood and regional specialty
products, such as salted fish, smoked seafood, regional duck products,
foie gras, shellfish, prawns, blini, spreadables, snacks and other ready-to-eat
products. Its products are sold worldwide under its own brand names including
Labeyrie, Blini, Delpierre, Lyons Seafoods and Skandia, but it also has
presence in private labels in some of its markets. The Group has 11 production
facilities in France, Spain and the UK. The Group acquired Adrimex and
Le Traiteur Grec in fiscal 2007.
