Its main business activities comprise the ownership and management of real estate properties located in Berlin, Germany. As of June 30, 2009, the Company's investment portfolio consisted of 83 properties, including 3,105 residential properties and 238 commercial properties with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 263,856 square meters. Griffin Flats III Berlin Hamburg GmbH holds a 94% stake in Greta 3. GmbH, Greta 14. GmbH, Greta 24. GmbH, Greta 35. GmbH, as well as in Griffin Flats Berlin GmbH & Co. KG, whose business activity is to own and rent out real estate properties.
