Auriga Industries A/S is a Denmark-based holding company. It is operational through two subsidiaries: Cheminova A/S and Auriga Ejendomme A/S. Cheminova A/S, the main subsidiary, is a chemical company which supplies plant protection products. Its main area of activity is the development, production and marketing of plant protection products for controlling weeds, insects and fungal diseases. As of March 2009, it was present through a network of 24 subsidiaries in Denmark, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, India, China, Taiwan and Australia.
