Parkland Income Fund is an unincorporated, open-ended limited purpose mutual fund trust established under the laws of the Province of Alberta on April 30, 2002. The Fund was created to acquire the fuel marketing, convenience stores and related ancillary businesses formerly owned by Parkland Industries Ltd. The conversion to a Fund was undertaken to unlock the value of significant cash flow generated by the business and to provide an enhanced platform for growth. 
Parkland Income Fund operates a retail and wholesale fuels and convenience store business under its marketing brands Fas Gas, RT Fuels and Short Stop. Parkland has developed a strong market niche in western and northern Canada by focusing on non-urban markets.
