Kyrgoil Corporation was a
Calgary based resource company conducting petroleum exploration, development,
production, refining and marketing operations solely in the Kyrgyz Republic
in Central Asia. Kyrgoil has moved offshore and continued as an International
Business Company in the British Virgin Islands under the name of Kyrgoil
Holding Corporation. Kyrgoil’s operations are conducted through Kyrgyz
Petroleum Company, a joint venture between Kyrgoil and Kyrgyzneftegaz,
the Kyrgyz national oil company.
