Denninghouse Inc. is a value based price-point retailer which sells a wide range of consumer products priced at $2 or less under the BUCK OR TWO and DOLLAR OU DEUX banners. The Company has developed a critical mass of over 300 stores, operating across Canada. 
Stores range in size from 4,000 to 11,500 square feet and are located across the country in enclosed and strip malls, power centres and street front locations. In Fiscal 2001, system-wide sales of $188 million were realized by offering consumers a wide range of quality merchandise priced at $2.00 or less. Fiscal 2001 saw system-wide sales increase by 14.8% while our transaction count increased to 36.7 million from 33.5 million last year - an increase of 9.6%.
