Denison Energy Inc. is a
Canadian public company focused on the exploration and production of oil,
gas and uranium. Denison's two main areas of business are: uranium, where
we have a 50-year history of supplying the worldwide nuclear industry;
and oil and gas, where we are actively re-entering and expanding a business
area that had previously been one of the Company's areas of strength. In
recognition of this dual focus, shareholders approved the name change to
Denison Energy Inc. from Denison Mines Limited.
