Davis + Henderson Income Fund is a limited purpose trust, which owns through D + H Holdings Corp., 100% of Davis + Henderson, Limited Partnership. In December 2001, the Davis + Henderson Income Fund completed its IPO and is currently listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Davis + Henderson L.P. manages the cheque supply programs for substantially all of the financial institutions in Canada, including the six largest Canadian banks. The Company and its predecessors have been serving financial institutions and their account holders since 1875. Commencing in 1996, the Company dramatically increased its market position such that it is now the dominant service provider in the Canadian market. The Company has a track record of growth in revenues and earnings through the outsourcing services it provides to Canadian financial institutions. The Company has grown its business by extending its products and services related to the cheques supply program and by expanding the services it offers to Canadian financial institutions. Recently the Company has begun servicing selected segments of the U.S. marketplace. The strong client relationships and unique business model have allowed Davis + Henderson to produce stable and growing cash flows.
