for and development of oil and gas reserves in Canada.
The Company's principal
asset is its 30% interest in the Kotaneelee gas field in the Yukon Territory
that is the subject of prolonged and costly litigation. The Company's
producing properties are primarily in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.
The Company also has
interests in exploratory ventures on properties located in the Alberta,
Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories and the Arctic Islands in Canada.
