et le groupe irlandais Kingspan ont décidé de créer
la joint venture Kingspan Tarec Industrial Insulation. Recticel
va intégrer sa filiale Tarec, établie à Turnhout (Belgique),
dans la nouvelle structure. Kingspan fera de même avec son usine
de Glossop (Angleterre). Recticel et Kingspan prennent chacun une participation
de 50 % dans la nouvelle entreprise conjointe. Au sein de celle-ci, les
deux groupes auront l’occasion d’exploiter pleinement leur savoir-faire
technique dans le domaine de l’isolation industrielle. L’usine Tarec de
Turnhout concentrera la production de mousse d’isolation en blocs, qui
sont ensuite sciés en panneaux (essentiellement pour le transport
frigorifique), plaques, éléments d’isolation pour conduites,
etc. Quant au site de Glossop, il produira à l’aide de la technologie
CPL (Continuous Pipe Line) des éléments d’isolation finis
qui ne doivent être ni sciés, ni fraisés. Le chiffre
d’affaires de la nouvelle entreprise conjointe est estimé à
35 millions d’euros pour 2006. |
