Today,
Omega Pharma will present the new name for the Professional Health division.
This division includes the business units Fagron Group, OmegaSoft, Omega
Dental and Omega Medical. The following announcements will also be made
at this occasion:

The management team of the Professional Health organisation will consist
of MM. Ger Van Jeveren, Jan Peeters and Hans Waals – all already active
for various years within the organisation.

The new Professional Health organisation will replace the business unit
structure with a more centrally managed organisation that will create synergy
through restructuring the back office.
·
The strategy of the new Professional Health organisation will be based
on both internal and external growth, including frequent, smaller acquisitions.
·
The new organisation aims to increase its turnover from EUR 284 million
(in 2005) to EUR 500 million by 2010.
The
new name of the Professional Health organisation will be revealed this
afternoon at 2 P.M. at a press conferenc in the building of Omega Pharma
in Waregem (Belgium). The management team of the Professional
Health organisation will then also provide further details on the above-mentioned
announcements. The shareholders will have the opportunity to meet
the management team of the Professional Health division and learn more
about their vision for the future at the General Shareholders Meeting of
today (7 P.M. in the building of Omega Pharma in Nazareth, Belgium).
