ARINSO
International (Euronext Brussels: ARIN), a global HR Services partner offering
innovative HR solutions, is well underway towards doubling the total number
of client employees serviced across Europe, Americas & Asia Pacific.
At the start of 2006, ARINSO People Services had contracted HR & Payroll
services for 300,000 employees across the globe. With the new contracts
signed in the first half of 2006, this client base is set to reach 600,000
by early 2007 - ahead of plan. This proves that ARINSO's market position
in HR & Payroll outsourcing continues to strengthen, as international
employers are increasingly looking for HR outsourcing solutions based on
SAP and ARINSO's euHReka platform
Although
the financial impact of these new contracts is not yet reflected in the
1H06 results, ARINSO is confident that it is moving towards its mid-term
objective of continued solid topline growth with sustained profitability.
ARINSO
announces 1H06 net sales of EUR 97.8 million (+15%), marking the 12th consecutive
quarter with double-digit sales growth. Earnings before interest, taxes
& amortization (EBITA) grew 19% to EUR 8.2 million, resulting in a
margin of 8.4% compared to 8.1% in 1H05. Net profit grew 4% to EUR 5.9
million, resulting in net earnings per share of ¬ 0.39 per share.

Pinnacle Award for Global Customer Satisfaction. The award ceremony took
place at the eve of SAPPHIRE, SAP's international partner and customer
event in Paris.
In
a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by SAP among more than
500 companies running SAP business solutions, ARINSO was ranked well ahead
of over 2,000 SAP partners for its outstanding Global Customer Satisfaction.
Overall, this is considered the greatest recognition a SAP partner can
get.

Pinnacle Awards recognize SAP partners that have excelled in developing
a partnership and mutual business with SAP by providing high-quality products,
solutions and services to customers.
Over

23 May 2006 - ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels: ARIN), a global
HR Services partner offering innovative HR business solutions, continued
in the first quarter its solid performance of 2005. 1Q06 has been the 11th
consecutive quarter with double digit sales growth for ARINSO - a track
record which proves the successful roll-out of our business model aiming
at balancing projects and long-term recurring revenues.
Net
sales growth was in line with previous quarters, whereas the EBITA margin
was 8.7%, a further improvement over the whole of 2005. In the current
market conditions, ARINSO is confident that 2006 will again be a year of
solid double digit sales and margin growth.
1Q06
net sales amounted to €47.3 million, an increase of 13% compared to
the previous year. Earnings before amortization, interest & taxes (EBITA)
grew 18% to €4.1 million, resulting in an EBITA margin of 8.7% up
from 8.3% in 1Q05. EBITDA grew 19% to €4.9 million. Net profit increased
with 11% to reach €3.1 million, leading to net profit per share of
€0.21.
All
three business lines delivered a solid performance: HR Strategy, HR Integration
and HR Outsourcing, accounted for respectively 4%, 61% and 35% of group
sales. Quarter on quarter, ARINSO is moving closer to its strategic objective
of balancing long-term recurring services with consulting revenues.
In
all regions, ARINSO witnesses strong demand both in HR Business Consulting,
HR Integration as HR outsourcing activities. That has led to solid sales
and EBITA growth across the board. ARINSO Europe (+12%) accounts for 79%
of group sales, ARINSO Americas (+17%) represents 17% of group sales.
Activities
in Asia Pacific (+53%) continue to deliver high growth as ARINSO's off-shore
capabilities are valued as a key commercial asset. Increasingly, clients
seek to lower their cost of HR services, using a model of seamless local
and off-shore service provision. Besides operations in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore
& Thailand, ARINSO will open an HR Service center in Manila (The Philippines)
by Q3, 2006. In March 2006 the group has incorporated ARINSO Australia,
celebrating ARINSO's 25th country.
Early
January 2006, ARINSO announced the acquisition of OpenHR, a leading provider
of pre-packaged eHR solutions and a highly respected SAP NetWeaver partner.
From its inception in 1997, OpenHR has provided SAP consulting services
to over 70 companies and completed more than 200 successful installations
of its e-HR templates for clients all over the world. OpenHR is active
across Europe and North-America with offices in Brussels, Paris, Madrid
and Atlanta and clients in 10 different countries. In 2005, revenues exceeded
EUR 6 million. OpenHR has been consolidated as of January, and has been
integrated successfully into the ARINSO organization.
Lansdowne,
a UK specialist in Recruitment Process Outsourcing has been acquired in
March, and will be consolidated as of April 2006. ARINSO will actively
promote the innovative Recruitment Process Outsourcing services across
its international client base.
