Nyloplast NV is a Netherlands-based holding company that is engaged in the development and production of electronic control panels, plastic fittings and road signs. The Company mainly operates through its direct and indirect subsidiaries Danielson Europe BV, Danielson UK Ltd, Naamplaat Bewegwijzering BV and Naamplaat Holding BV. Danielson Europe BV develops, produces and supplies customer-specific control panels that create an interface between user and machine, such as touch screens. The control panels are supplied for electrical apparatus, medical instruments, industrial control systems, production machinery and laboratory installations. Naamplaat Bewegwijzering BV develops, produces and supplies road signs in the Netherlands. As of December 31, 2008, Nyloplast NV had production facilities in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and its sales were focused on European countries.
