STUART APPLETON, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, LEAVES GETRONICS FOR PERSONAL REASONS
Getronics announced today that Stuart Appleton, Executive Vice President, will be leaving the company as of 30 April 2007 for personal reasons. 
‘In the six and a half years that he has been with Getronics, Stuart has been a driving force for improvement within the business,’ Klaas Wagenaar, CEO of Getronics, said. ‘We have all benefited from Stuart’s intellectual precision, his passion for the business and
his wealth of experience.’
Stuart Appleton joined Getronics in January 2000 as Vice-President Marketing and Communications. In 2002, he was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice-President and in May 2005 he became Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of
Management.

Getronics Signs Partner Agreement with MessageLabs
Amsterdam, 03 October 2006 – MessageLabs, a leading provider of integrated messaging and web security services to businesses worldwide, today announced a strategic partnership agreement with Getronics, the international Workspace ICT Services Company. 
Through the global partnership, Getronics will resell MessageLabs integrated messaging and web security services in Benelux, with plans to expand into other countries and regions in the near future. Delivered at the Internet-level, MessageLabs suite of managed services, spanning email, web and Instant Messaging, provides businesses with protection from viruses, spam, inappropriate images and other unwanted content without the burden or additional cost of traditional software or hardware solutions

GETRONICS CONCLUDES SALE OF HR SERVICES TO RANDSTAD
Getronics announced today that the sale of Getronics’ Netherlands HR Services (PinkRoccade HR Services) to Randstad Holding has been successfully concluded following all due regulatory checks.
This announcement follows the press release of 17 August 2006, which provided detail on the intended sale.

Getronics confirms sale of its Italian business activities to Eutelia S.P.A.

Getronics today announced the completion of the sale of its Italian business operations to Eutelia S.P.A. and confirmed that it is no longer in breach of its banking covenants On Thursday 22 June, Getronics officially completed the sale of the business operations of Getronics S.P.A to Eutelia S.P.A. The deal closed after having satisfied the relevant Italian regulatory procedures. Upon closing, Getronics will record a one-off loss from discontinued Italian operations of approximately EUR 50 million for 2006.
This deal enables Getronics to focus on strengthening and expanding its core Workspace ICT Services business worldwide while continuing to provide the same high levels of service to its international clients in the Italian market through its Certified Service Partners.
Getronics also confirmed today that following the completion of the sale of its Italian business activities, it is no longer in breach of its amended banking covenants.
The specific financial details of the sale will be covered in depth in the Getronics half-yearly figures to be released on 2 August.
