The Group's principal
activity is that of a holding company. It manages American restaurant brands
in Eastern Europe. The Group operates in two segments: Quick Service Restaurants
(Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King, Starbucks) and Casual Dining Restaurants
(Pizza Hut and Rodeo Drive). The Group operates in Poland, Czech Republic,
Hungary, Russia, Serbia and Bulgaria. The Group acquired OOO Pizza Nord
and Becsi ut 13. Kft in 2007.
